Year I joined IP: 2026 

What I bring to IP: I bring more than a decade of experience in nonprofit operations, strategic leadership support, and work in the philanthropic sector, including nearly five years at Exponent Philanthropy, where I developed a strong understanding of lean-staffed foundations. I approach my work with curiosity, care, and a commitment to turning bold ideas into everyday reality. My best work is grounded in trust, strategic focus, and a shared commitment to building a better world for everyone. 

What I love most about my work: I love partnering with leaders to help them do their most impactful work. Every foundation, every donor, and every team has its own unique culture and perspective, and I find genuine joy in meeting people where they are and helping them build toward what matters most.  

What I do in a typical week: Every week looks a little different, which is one of the things I love most about being at IP! I serve as a strategic and administrative partner to Holli and the IP Executive team, supporting CEO priorities, advancing key initiatives, and helping ensure that IP's vision is translated into action across the company and with our clients. My background in philanthropy makes every conversation a little richer, and I am energized by the depth and complexity of what IP does for its clients and communities. 

What I do when I'm not working: I love spending quality time with my loved ones, checking out local museums, and trying new restaurants. I am an avid hobby collector and am always curiously diving into whatever book, idea, or thing has recently captured my interest. More recently, you can find me exploring the crosshairs of creative technology, community, and visual art.
