In loving memory of our colleague, Jessie, a steadfast, passionate team member who made an impact on everyone around her. Jessie brought over 15 years of expertise in communications, media, customer service, and administration to IP, strengthening the Business Success team with her wealth of knowledge and experience from both corporate and non-profit sectors across New York City, San Francisco, and the Greater D.C. area. Jessie was the backbone of IP’s daily operations, ensuring seamless support and efficiency across multiple functions. From vendor and project management to talent recruitment and tech support, Jessie worked tirelessly to keep the gears of the company going smoothly.

Jessie had a unique ability to solve problems on the fly, create practical solutions, and manage challenges with skill and grace. She loved the variety her work offered, the excitement of facing new challenges each day, and the opportunity to support her team in ways that advanced the firm’s mission. For Jessie, no task was too small if it meant helping her teammates and, by extension, the communities they served. Her tireless dedication helped IP achieve greater community impact, a source of pride she shared with her colleagues and friends. She often said it was a "feel-good environment" where she could witness her contributions actively making the world a better place.

Outside of work, Jessie’s zest for life was infectious. Jessie loved sharing these adventures with her son, giving him a world full of wonder and excitement to explore.
